My photographs consist mostly of images of the landscape in the Flinders Ranges National Park, located in mid to northern South Australia. Taking these photographs I have needed to combine bushwalking (hiking), cycling, and unfortunately waking up quite early.
You might notice some references to Aboriginal people in this website. There are quite a few reasons for this, but the main one is that I worked with them for seven years whilst I was living in Port Augusta, developing some empathy along the way.

A site for my photographs of the Flinders Ranges
Adnyamathanha is the name given to the group of Indigenous Australians who originated in the Flinders Ranges of northern South Australia. In their language, “Yarta” means land. Hence, the translation of “Adnyamathanha Yarta” would be “Flinders Ranges” - which although easier to pronounce is not nearly as mysterious.
